Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to products purchased from our website:

  1. Contact Lenses: These can be exchanged if the exchange process is initiated within 30 days of purchase. They cannot be returned for a refund.
  2. Sunglasses and Glasses: Prescription sunglasses and mark glasses are exempted from returns or exchanges due to their custom nature. Non-prescription sunglasses or glasses can be exchanged if the exchange process is initiated within 30 days of purchase. They cannot be returned for a refund.

Return Eligibility Criteria

For a product to be eligible for return or exchange:

  1. It must be in its original condition: unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return/Refund Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@westerneyez.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that the cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer unless the product received is faulty or not as described.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, an exchange will be processed.

Cost, Taxes, and Shipping Fees

All prices on our website are inclusive of taxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. 

Warranty/Guarantee Information
