Shipping
- Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $99!
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
- International Shipping: Unfortunately at this point in time we do not ship internationally.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or need a different product. Our policy ensures you can return or exchange items easily, but due to the nature of our products, specific rules apply.
General Conditions:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your order.
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging intact. Packages for contact lenses must remain sealed, as we are unable to accept opened or used products due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Restocking Fee:
- A $10 restocking fee will apply to all change-of-mind returns or exchanges, per request. This fee helps cover processing and administrative costs.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@westerneyez.com.au to start your return. You will receive instructions and a return shipping address.
- Send the product(s) back to the specified address using your preferred carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus the $10 restocking fee). Refunds may take 5–7 days to process after receiving the products in a satisfactory manner.
Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@westerneyez.com.au to arrange an exchange. You will receive instructions on the next steps.
- Return the unwanted item(s) to us. Once we’ve received and inspected the product(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) to you.
- Please note that exchange requests will also incur the $10 restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health and hygiene concerns, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used contact lenses
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned items are inspected and approved.
- Refunds may take 5–7 days to process after receiving the products in a satisfactory manner.
